I love Bambino’s. If you’re looking for a good, quality, inexpensive American-Italian cafe, this is the best one in Springfield. It’s small, quick, and delicious. The Poppa is my absolute favorite, and my wife thinks the half panini / half salad is the best deal in town. Speaking of salads, their house salad is perfect — perfect size, perfect dressing, perfect amount of vegetables.Way to go Bambino’s!
