At Bambinos, we want to make sure that all of our guests step away from their meal feeling totally satisfied with their food and experience. That’s why we’re always willing to accommodate dietary restrictions. We have gluten-free pasta, vegetarian options, dairy-free options, low-carb options – you name it. But, for a while now, our vegan customers have been asking for a completely vegan-friendly dish. Now, we’ve answered the call. Meet our newest pasta dish, The Sorella.
Picky eaters, this one is for you. The Sorella includes a whopping serving of vegetables that perfectly complement the rustic, flavorful tomato broth they’re served in. Our newest pasta dish is topped with a variety of fresh veggies including zucchini, squash, carrots, red peppers, steamed broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, and spinach. The dish is so well-seasoned you’ll barely even know you’re getting a big serving of veggies. The Sorella also features a lightly seasoned tomato broth that’s savory and satisfying, but far from overwhelming. The dish is light enough to be your new summer favorite and hearty enough to keep you warm when winter rolls around.
We know that some people worry about pasta while they are watching their weight. However, The Sorella is a little different in that regard. It’s made with heart-healthy ingredients like whole wheat rotini pasta. The rotini acts as a sauce magnet, making sure every bite is perfectly packed with flavor. We also roast all of our fresh veggies in extra virgin olive oil before tossing them in our lightly seasoned tomato broth.

Not in the mood for pasta? Our summer salad menu is also in full swing. This year, we’re offering three seasonal salads that keep things light while packing a major flavor punch. Our Salmon Salad, which is the Bambinos Greek Salad topped with chilled salmon, is a hit year after year. Our Pasta Salad Salad includes the classic Bambinos Antipasto Salad topped with a scoop of our zesty homemade Pasta Salad. Finally, our Hummus Salad brings a taste of Greek deliciousness to our menu with fresh greens, onions, red peppers, cucumber and other fresh veggies served with a heaping scoop of our homemade hummus and a side of warm pita. Who says lighter fare has to be dull?
