Bambino’s Cafe Delmar – SPRINGFIELD, MO. — In our continuous effort to enhance the dining experience, Bambino’s Cafe on Delmar Street is set to undergo a significant remodeling phase. Beginning March 2, this near-campus favorite will temporarily close its doors to pave the way for a series of exciting updates and improvements.
What’s Changing?
The remodel plan involves modernizing the space, expanding the kitchen for increased efficiency, and potentially adding a second story to accommodate more guests. Our goal is to preserve as much of the original building’s charm and history, ensuring that the essence of Bambino’s Cafe remains intact.
Temporary Downtown Location
Understanding the impact of this temporary closure on our loyal patrons, we’re thrilled to announce a new, temporary location downtown. Opening at the end of March, 405 W. Walnut St. will serve your beloved Bambino’s dishes. This interim setup will offer takeout, catering, and possibly limited dine-in options.
What to Expect
- Renovation Duration: The remodeling of our Delmar location is expected to be a meticulous process, with the aim of reopening by year-end.
- Downtown Services: The temporary location will not only ensure continued access to your favorite meals but will also explore the addition of beer and wine services.
